. The ultimate purpose of prayer is that God may be glorified in this world. Jesus told his disciples, "I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father" (John 14:13). When we pray for followers of Christ and churches to be multiplied, we are praying for the Father to be glorified.

. Jesus told his disciples to "go and make disciples of all nations..." Therefore, we value two key aspects of mission:
*Penetrating communities with the good news of Jesus Christ. We don't want to rely on an "attractional" model of church, focusing our efforts on attracting people to a building. Rather, we desire to see the church go into the world and present the gospel to people on their turf.

*Disciple-Making. We believe that disciples (followers of Jesus) are called to live under the authority of the Kingdom of God. This means that the church must take seriously the call to equip people for Kingdom living. The Christian life is a way of life, not just an intellectual affirmation of beliefs. This way of life is called discipleship.

The Church as an Outward-Focused Organism
. Jesus said, "I will build my church..." We value the church as the extension of the ministry of Jesus on this earth. We believe the church's ministry in a specific community should be incarnational, mission-driven, Spirit-empowered, and contextually sensitive.

Relational Leadership Teams.
We value leaders working together for greater Kingdom impact. Our church multiplication mission involves the clustering of churches in close geographical proximity to allow for team-building, encouragement, accountability, and resource sharing among pastors and other church leaders.

Calling & Giftedness.
We value assessing leaders to discern who will be effective at catalyzing church multiplication through the exercise of apostolic, missional leadership. The Missionary Church Florida District church planter assessment is an extensive process geared to discover, assess, train, resource, and deploy those who have been called to lead in a church multiplication movement.

Cultural Assessment.
We value a prayerful, discerning assessment of the culture in which God has called us to multiply disciples and churches for His glory. We look for open doors in planting the gospel in diverse contexts throughout Florida.
